Do you know our secret for maintaining crisp, fresh lettuce? …We wash every lettuce leaf by hand and then put it in our commercial salad spinner and spin out all of the remaining water. We then bag it up with a paper towel in the bag to wick up any excess moisture, fold the bag over (don’t seal) and put it in the fridge to be ready for your salads. This was how my mama did it and it is how we do it. Love her being a part of what we do here everyday!💕
