Do you know our secret for maintaining crisp, fresh lettuce? …We wash every lettuce leaf by hand and then put it in our commercial salad spinner and spin out all of the remaining water. We then bag it up with a paper towel in the bag to wick up any excess moisture, fold the bag over (don’t seal) and put it in the fridge to be ready for your salads. This was how my mama did it and it is how we do it. Love her being a part of what we do here everyday!💕

We are bringing back some old favorites and adding a few new choices this week. Here are our menu features for this week:

- “The Malinda” (our signature sandwich combines Cajun Turkey, Cheese, and Tomato that is grilled to perfection on our house made bread)

- Cottage Cheese
- Applesauce

- Coconut Layer Cake
- Pumpkin Pie

- Toasted Coconut Ice Cream
- Banana Pudding Ice Cream

As always, we also have our deli sandwiches, pimento cheese, and chili dogs.
