Pumpkin Crunch Cake is going in the oven to be baked! Have you ever tried this? I made a pumpkin pie like filling (we make our own pumpkin pie spice), covered that with a cake layer, sprinkled pecans on top, and drizzled with melted butter. We’ll serve it with a scoop of our vanilla ice cream sprinkled with cinnamon. Can’t wait for you to try it!💕
