Desserts are baked and menu is planned. We were able to source local peppers, eggplants, and tomatoes this week.

– Hummingbird Cake – 3 layers with cream cheese frosting
– Mounds Brownie – brownie topped with a gooey coconut filling and iced with a chocolate ganache

– Turtle Brownie Sundae
