You asked and we listened! We are happy to announce that we have added a Sunday Dressing and Sauce Class on Sunday, July 9 from 3:00-5:00pm central time. In our Dressings and Sauce Class, we will teach you how to make our Ranch Dressing, Vinaigrette Dressing, Thousand Island Dressing, Maple Vinaigrette Dressing, Cowboy Caviar, Hot Fudge Sauce, and Peanut Butter Sauce. We will share our recipes and techniques, feed you, and send you home with some goodies. Cost is $50 per c...lass per person plus tax. Payment is due at time of registration. Do you know our secret for maintaining crisp, fresh lettuce? …We wash every lettuce leaf by hand and then put it in our commercial salad spinner and spin out all of the remaining water. We then bag it up with a paper towel in the bag to wick up any excess moisture, fold the bag over (don’t seal) and put it in the fridge to be ready for your salads. This was how my mama did it and it is how we do it. Love her being a part of what we do here everyday!💕
